An online conversation to make it easier to get involved with your local hospitals
Thank you to everyone who joined our online conversation. Our focus is now on reading and analysing every single idea and comment that has been shared. You can still login to read all the contributions that were shared but you can no longer add to them.
The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is a vital part of our local communities and so we want to give you, our communities, a much bigger say in how we work.
We would love to hear from as many people as possible about what's important to you: how would you like to be involved with our hospitals? What would you like to know and hear about? How can we best update you on news and opportunities?
We recognise it’s not always easy to get your voice heard and this is why we’re holding an open, honest and anonymous online conversation. This is an opportunity for everyone in our communities to share their experiences and ideas in a safe, anonymous online space. You can also read and comment on what others have shared, and vote on what you like or don’t like.
We will use the insight generated from this online conversation to inform our Public Participation Plan, which will be published in July 2021.
We know some things need to change, and we need your help to tell us what we should be striving for, and what, together, we can do to support our communities to live happier, healthier lives.
How it works
Our online conversation is similar to a physical workshop but it’s more inclusive and transparent: everyone can read what is shared and we can involve more people, not just those who can fit in a physical room. This is particularly important when want to hear from people across all of our communities. This helps us to make sure that everyone has a voice.
- The online conversation is anonymous – your name is not attached to anything you share
- Everyone is welcome to join the online conversation
- You can join from wherever you are – on any computer, tablet or smartphone
- You can visit as many times as you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at a time that suits you
- Everyone can read, rate and comment upon the ideas of others
